La Chaumiere
La Chaumiere was first started in 1976 by Gerard Pain in Washington, D.C. It has survived for many years and has even been recognized as one of the ‘Top 100 Restaurants’ in the Washington Magazine every single year since 1978. This in itself shows us the quality of food that we can expect from them.
Located in the heart of historical Georgetown, La Chaumiere has a rustic French country inn atmosphere accented by the masive free-standing stone fireplace, stuccco walls and wood beams. Chef Patrick Orange maintains the traditional French menu along with more modern daily specials.
